Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not, we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. Please read the details below:

1. Eligibility 
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Some items, like sale or limited edition products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page.

2. How to Return 
- Contact us at store@grmmr.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds
- Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges 
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
